lloydd This is late sixties early seventies progressive psychedelic rock. Instrumental with heavy organ play. This has that organic feel that the music from the sixties, seventies had. Smoke a little pot put on the headphones close your eyes and as Mr Dobie Gray said "Get Lost in Your Rock and Roll and Drift Away".

Favorite track: Östan om sol, västan om måne.

neu-mann Exciting retro-70's progressive rock but without any anachronisms... from a country that has always known how to do it best. Favorite track: Östan om sol, västan om måne.

Carsten Pieper Well, this almost instrumental 2014 debut by the Swedish band is as retro as it gets, but as I'm a big fan of that early 70s prog that is perfectly alright with me.
Could be from back in the days, except for the sound quality ;-) Favorite track: Uti vår hage.

Dragan Cekic In the last twenty years the best music has been coming from Sweden.
Large percentage of this music sounds like 70' progressive rock.
Sweden started progressive rock revival in mid 90' and the trend is still going on.
Just to mention Anglagard and Anekdoten like two stellar examples.
But there are many many more excellent bands in Sweden.
Agusa-Hogtid is decent album, polished but not that adventurous.
It reminds me of Colosseum-Valentine Suite (1969)
Recommended.
Mark: 6/10

What should we play next? Maybe Gnidrolog-In Spite of Harry's Toenail (1972)?
Yes! That is good one.

Waxpancakehunter I like to play this album for my friends and then have them guess what year it was originally released. 90% of them always guess sometime in the 70's. Incredible prog rock album. Love it! Favorite track: Uti vår hage.

Agusa is a Swedish band with obvious leanings toward such diverse acts as Kebnekajse (Sweden), Amon Düül II (Germany) and Colosseum (UK), but at the same time presenting something unique.
